Isabel’s flagship coffee is Fair Trade Organic from Chiapas, Mexico. Isabel’s currently features a luscious espresso using direct trade beans from the micro lot La Esperanza Las Plantas. The high altitude farm is located in the Huehuetenango Valley in Guatemala. Each is custom roasted in minuscule batches to highlight the bean’s unique qualities. Super delicious? Oh, yes.
Isabel’s milk comes from Fresh Breeze Organic Dairy in Ferndale, Washington. Fresh Breeze is “one of the little guys,” producing milk from certified organic cows and certified organic land, pasteurization, and bottling. Yes, ALL organic. Yes, super yum. You’ll want to say, “yes” to the whip cream.
We might be Slow-Pez, but we have Wicked Fast Fiber Optic Connectivity thanks to RockIsland.
